He is responsible for managing HDFC Bank Relationship along with the entire Partnership Distribution which includes Banca Partnership with 7 Banks - DCB, DB, DBS, KVB, LVB, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank & Indian Bank, Corporate Agents and Brokers with an objective to leverage scale and build synergies across processes & people.

He manages a team of ~4000 Professionals which includes Front Line, Middle, Senior Managers and Leadership Team spread across the country, managing different lines of businesses.
