I’m okay to hear that you didn’t make it. But, I am not okay to hear that you didn’t try.
Failing at something is acceptable, but its not acceptable not to make the effort and to give your all to a task you have been trusted with. When work is assigned to you, then you have been deemed capable and worthy of its completion and delivery. Keep that trust going. Especially in difficult times such as these, be genuine, be real, be empathetic and go all out. Do better than your best to deliver expectations.
